relook at the passage of time through a river as the storyteller – how the river connected trading routes with the Silk Route across time, how it shapted the literal and metaphorical landscape of the western Indian subcontinent to how we know it today, and who were the trading communities that were encountered in their journey. These histories may no longer find their way back into books, records, conversations.

ongoing video dairy called INDEFINITE talks about many layers, “an indefinite diary of time, anxiety and uncertainty of space.” The video dairy has revisited recent memories, as though we are closing a huge chapter of a period of enforced rest- there is a need for urgency. She asserts that we have to live in the present, and especially so because she has begun to practice again. However, it worries her that reliving the past can lead to an overwhelming feeling that every moment has to be recorded and claimed or it would get irretrievably lost and opens up for an interpretation of time with a lot of scopes to manipulate. For some time, the past has started looking to her like a fable, a time that has slipped out of reach and cannot be revived or why it should be revived?
